hi stacey my name is emma and im from newcastle upon tyne there is a small boy called cain burns aged six who has cerebral palsy from birth and he has a dream to walk to be like his friends and family his parents have done some research and there is a dr in the usa called dr park in st louis who does these operations and it would cost 55 thousand pound that includes the operation and after care so we at the minute are doing charity nights and walk to help raise the fund for him to go to america and we were wondering if you would donate something it doesnt have to be big it could be something small just so we could put it on a raffle and raise funds for him thank you
